Builders Warehouse Tokai

Yesterday, Women's Day, my daughter and I shopped at Builders Warehouse Tokai. We were in the gardening section looking for cement pots for plants and found it extremely frustrating that once again there were no staff to assist. Against the shelving was signage warning that the pots were heavy and stating to ask for assistance. There was no staff in the area to assist, but in the rest of the building staff were to be seen standing together chatting away with one another. Thank you to the other shopper's husband that assisted us in the end. Then when looking at the plastic storage options, there was no pricing for products against the shelving. Here an assistant did offer and go scan the products for us, thank you. Builders Warehouse, please get your staff to be at their posts to assist and place all product pricing against the shelves - this will go a long way to making our shop an enjoyable experience.
