Builders warehouse tokai

I bought 2 9kg easy gas cylinders from them and now they change to afrox cylinders now they don't want to give me other cylinders or my money back I paid for the cylinders which I find is very unfair and not happy at all and non of the managers are able to help me left my details and no response from them.
