Builders Warehouse - Think twice before buying Online - No stock no refund
On 27 December 2018 I did a online order for 4 items at Zambezi store. I then got a call from them 3 hours later stating that there is no stock. Why does your online system them say that there is stock and allow the purchase? I then ask for a refund on my purchase. Until today 14 January 2019 I'm still waiting for my refund.

06 Feb 2019, 12:44So eventually the refund was made by doing a cash deposit into my account costing me R76-80 for transaction charges. After bringing this to Builders W House attention this transaction cost amout was again deposited as cash into my account creating another R76-80 transaction cost thus leaving me R76-80 short and FNB R153-60 richer. THIS WAS A ONLINE PURCHASE PAID WITH CREDIT CARD, WHY IS THE REFUND MADE BY CASH DEPOSIT???????????????????????????????????????
