Builders Warehouse the very worst

This has to be one of the worst building product stores in South Africa.For many years the on floor service has been nothing short of useless - unknowledgable - pathetic would be complementary word On Wednesday i picked up the courage to try them once again. Having searched through the drill bits section - searched for router bits - searched for holesaw bits and for meranti shelving - i left the store in frustration There is just no one to offer you help ( the security guy showed me where the meranti was) - no one with any knowledge of any product if you are able to get anyone to help - and staff visibly avoid you just in case you may actually approach them for help How this store has continued to operate consistently at this arocious service level for many years is a unbelievable In Jan i bought a Ryobi router - the lady selling the equipment knows as much about a router as i know about Mars Truly a bottom of the pit shop - no service - no inclination to provide service , and no product knowledge= pathetic Try Chamberlains Montana - you will think you arrived in heaven....
