Builder's Warehouse - the REAL looters!

I bought a pair of boots (size 8) at Builder's Warehouse south coast mall in April 2021 while on holiday there. First time I tried them, on site, they hurt my feet. Thinking that it was just because they were new I only discovered, that evening, that the right foot was only a size 6 and the left a size 7. Could only return to the coast in July 2021, due to the Lockdown. Tried to return the boots and was told that, because I don't have a slip and I am a potential looter, they refuse to help. Thanks Builder's Warehouse, on top of your ridiculously expensive prices, you supply incorrect goods and accuse your customers of being looters! You have lost me and my family as customers. Period.
