Builders Warehouse has continued to give poor service time and time again. We are busy with renovations and every time it's time for a delivery, we get the worst client service imagineable. Deliveries are never on time. Sometimes delivered days after purchase. When calling to follow up, deliveries NEVER calls back like they say they will. As a customer, you must constantly do the chasing. SHOCKING service and no sense of urgency whatsoever.
