BUILDERS WAREHOUSE TERRIBLE SERVICE
Its 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for part of an incomplete delivery. The acknowledge receipt of your email complaint and give false information, I was told twice that my order is out for delivery! I have lost a client, and money due to this, the site promises 2-5 days delivery lead time. They send copious emails to review their service, come on builders, really now

29 Nov 2023, 17:20It has finally been resolved, upon ordering, I entered my new number, and the delivery guy called the old number, since last week I've had calls made to and from this number, even a few minutes ago, but this will not recover my losses and lacks common sense, Its sad that there has been more feedback and 2 calls to the new number after resorting to complaining, albeit, I can do it very well, however, I wouldn't say I like complaining, especially losing trust with clients. I doubt I will use Builders again.
