Builders Warehouse Terrible Service

I ordered a small furniture order online. They did not deliver! I had to call, email, "chat" endlessly for 2 weeks to get it eventually 2 weeks later! They promised 3 days in a row - NO delivery.... The customer service agents were helpful, however the store manager in Cape Town did not return calls. Absolutely terrible service and I will NEVER EVER BUY A THING from there ever again!
