BUILDERS WAREHOUSE TERRIBLE

Builders Warehouse at Newmarket Alberton is the worst place to go for help or service. This place really must train staff to be more helpful! Most of your staff can’t be found and the staff you eventually do find are absolutely useless and unhelpful. If this was the first or second or even the 3rd time I experienced this I still wouldn’t be complaining, BUT this is countless times now. Another problem especially now during COVID 19 is your endless queuing, NOT outside the store to get in but INSIDE the store to pay! The line is easily 30 meters long and wraps around the shop and through the pool isles. I had one item to buy and there was no express line set up?? COVID 19 is not an excuse For a line like that. The one item I did have was R210, while I was in the line I phoned A local hardware store in Alberton for a price on the same product, their price was R145. Obviously I left your store. ON MY WAY OUT I walked past your tills where only 3 or 4 cashiers were on duty to control that 30 meter line, not only is that unfair to the customers, But it’s EXTREMELY unfair to those Few cashiers to have to deal with that many Customers. Anyways I’ll get to the conclusion of my story and just say THAT I WILL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. Alberton hardware and Leroy Merlin kick Builders warehouse ASS.
