Builders Warehouse take your money and don't deliver the goods

Placed an order online with priority shipping, order stated delivery on 22 Jan 2020. The order is still in the "In Progress" state and apparently builders can travel back in time to still deliver on the 22nd (i.e. no new delivery date).

I phoned yesterday and was promised they will call me back with feedback - no one called. This morning I called again and was told someone will call me back - still no call back or feedback as to where my order is.
