7 months ago I bought a brand new wardrobe cupboard. After paying an extra delivery fee (for delivery +-3km away), I also paid extra to have it assembled. Alas, the railing, brand new out of the plastic covering, was rusted, so I returned it for a new one. With no new one, I was given the used display railing, with a promise that a new one will be ordered. At home, it didn't fit, so I went back to have it cut to size. A month later, still awaiting the new railing, I bought a second exact same new wardrobe cupboard. I again paid extra for delivery and assembly. This railing was soooo rusted, I didn't even take it out of it's wrapping and returned it. Now I need 2 new railings...During the months, I on numerous occasions went forwards and backwards to look at the "new" railings that were ordered. Alas, the ones brought in were all rusted. The last ones more than 2 months ago were either way too long or too short and so rusted and scratched, none of it could be used, even if cut to size! My last visit was a month ago when I again spoke to the manager, who recalls me very well, who again promised to get the assistant to, yet again, get on to it. Needless to say, till this day, I have not heard from them and I still need 2 new undamaged railings. The only "compensation" the manager offered, is that he can give me 10% discount on any other purchase, except on a Wednesday, when I qualify for a 10% pensioner's discount....
