Builders warehouse strubenvalley shocking service!!

Good Day,

So ive recently bought a full shower set from builders warehouse in strubensvalley.It was currently on promotio****** the 1st panel was fitted,a minute later the entire panel busted,causing multiple cuts 2myself and my family.Ive called strubenvalley branch and spoke to the store manager.He advised he wil gv us a call back and send guys out to come and see what has happened.Till today ive recieved no calls or feed back.We are currently unable 2 use our shower.After calling back multiple times i,no1 seems to be intresting in assisting me.Im on the verge on going to my lawyer to get advice as this is a massive risk.What if the panel blew up while someone was showering!!plz sort my issue out!!i want a refund or for my panel 2 be replaced..Absolutely horrific customer service.Someone please help!!
