Builders warehouse strubensvally

Bought a new phone at builders warehouse strubensvally. On the 25th they say you can drop it and it's waterproof. As well as said it has a 16mp camera in front and back. As I did drop the phone out of my pocket Saturday it had a scratch. Today(Monday) restarted my phone and it's will not go on. Drove to builders and they showed them told me that the phone is not shock proof like spec's said. As well spec's said it's a 8mp camera in front. So to me this is false advertising.
