Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley - useless

<p>A few weeks ago I wanted to purchase kitchen and built in cupboards. This was the third time I asked for a quote. I decided to complain to Massmart, and a gentlemen called and apologised profusely as the system had been down for weeks????? How can a department not provide prices for weeks?? An hour later I received the quote, but I had already purchased the cupboards elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today at 16H00, I unfortunately went to Builders Strubensvalley again to buy a bath spout. It was quiet and more than 10 employees I counted was standing around chatting. I stood by the tap area for 10 minutes, nobody to help, no success. Then I went to the information counter, waited there for 5 minutes before a person pitched up, and said she will call someone. After a few more minutes someone came to help, but the spout I wanted was a "special order". I asked why they then display this as one normally walks into a shop, buy an item and leave? They could not explain, and then all of a sudden the item was out of stock. I insisted I wanted the one on display then, and then there were a number of people to all of a sudden help, when I kicked up a fuss. A gentlemen took the spout out of display and dropped it. The back of the spout is copper, and the *****s had made ugly marks into it, so I told them to just leave it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today was the absolute last day I would ever support Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley. They should take a drive over to Cashbuild about a kilometer away, and see what service is about!!!</p>
