Builders warehouse strubens valley, pathetic so called service, the first order I placed I was told it would be ready 2 days later for pickup and they would call me when it's ready, well it wasn't, they didn't even bother to call so I went there the next day only to be told it's not ready because well first, we have have too many orders, then loading so I asked a big company like builders does not have solar or generators the reply was the generator is broken so I asked for a refund but the guys said he will cut it now only 20 mins, so I waited outside it was only ready 3hrs later.

Second order I was told it would be ready on Tuesday its now Thursday 8 days later NO CALL AGAIN, guess I have to go claim a refund as well as a refund for other stuff I bought there worth over R15 000
