Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley

We ordered an item online, and were told it was ready for collection. When we went to Collect Clement in Collections assisted us. We were told the unit wasn't actually available, but he'd find one for us and have it delivered free of charge. We were contacted yesterday to say the unit is ready and they'd deliver to us at a time and date of our choice. Clement called me again to follow up to make sure i was satisfied and that the delivery had been arranged to my satisfaction. thanks Clement for your excellent service during a rather frustrating situation :)
