Builders Warehouse stock system is terrible.

The stock system totally sucks. This occasion prompted a review. The online system says the Constantia Berg store has 3 units of Johnson AE752 Athena Ochre Ceramic Tile (330 x 330mm). I went to the store. The agent was amused at the request. "We have not had those tiles for a long time. There might be broken ones." Needless to say, I walked away without the tiles.

I placed and paid for an online order for the tiles, for collection at Constantia Berg. It's going to interesting to see how they handle this considering the order since the system says I can collect the order in 0 days. Yeah, right.
