Builders Warehouse *****ing My Money

Terrible experience with Builders Warehouse. I bought items online for their Cosmo City branch but they have no stock and It's been 6 days and I've not gotten my money back.

Useless Custome Care refers me to branch and the idiots there keep telling me the reversal hasn't cleared. If they are waiting for the money from themselves why aren't they just paying it from their till? 😡🤬🤬
