Builders Warehouse, stay far away from online orders!

Worst than poor service! Builders accepted our R24,000,00 online order for tiles on 26 April 2021, with delivery indicated on 30 April 2021. Order No. ********** refers. To date nothing has been delivered and they sit with our R24,000,00 whilst they duck and dive not to fulfill this order. Several Builders staff have phoned us to say they haven't got stock, which is hogwash, many of their branches do indeed have stock. Due to the large amount involved, We performed due diligence and confirmed stock telephonically BEFORE placing our order. It appears that they now have delivery issues but do not get back to us, despite firing off several emails. I call this theft of our hard-earned money as they have a legal onus to provide the tiles after we paid them via an online order.
