Builders warehouse staff cannot operate a phone!!!
I phoned the branch to get a price on a Formica top. They do not understand what it is, nor can they put me through to someone that actually knows whats going on. After getting transferred to the third or fourth person, the call is cut off. <br> <br> I phoned back THREE times, eventually the building counter was able to assist me, however I was told that the specific finish I wanted is out of stock. Absolutely USELESS!!!
