Builders Warehouse Staff a joke!!

Good day. So in my lunch brake I went to Builders Warehouse today in the hope (that even though it is 30 degrees outside) I would be helped quickly and effectively. Surprise surprise!! What is your staff doing during the hours of 12 and 1. If they are on lunch, why are they on the floor yawning and looking at the scenery. Let your people not be on the floor during lunch. At least! Your staff have the worst attitude towards a client sending me from person to person just too not help me. To name a few (Speed. Tebogo. Jack) I was just looking for help with some barbed wire, wow, then train your staff to learn the products. Don't send me to 50 different counters and then have me stand there and watch them do nothing. Wow what a joke this was!! No manager, your decorative flooring or bathroom area or whatever they call themselves was almost falling asleep on her chair behind her computer. People do you see what is going on in your store. A joke is what is going on. Don't call me to apologise for the inconvenience. Get better people / staff, or better yet, train the ones you have with some basic PR skills.
