Builders Warehouse Somerset West - Lazy, ***********, rude staff

Unbelievably bad customer service!!! I have never in my life seen so many rude, lazy and uninformed people that are supposed to deliver customer service! There are about 50 staff working there, but they are all either running away when they see a customer, or blatantly ignore customers, or refer you to someone else. I had an electrical question in the electrical section, and asked the lady standing there for assistance. Without looking at me, she mumbled it was not her isle(what is she doing there then), I had to go to another aisle(which was the plant section!!). When asking another staff member for help, he rolled his eyes and walked away. I heard another frustrated customer ask to be helped, and he was met with employees swearing at him!! Where in your life?? I asked for a manager, guess what, he was not there!! Left my number, never heard back from him ever again..... This was at the Builders Warehouse in Somerset West
