As a regular customer at Builders Warehouse, I am extremely impressed regarding a recent incident whereby I was sold an incorrect product for my bathroom. As the bathroom renovation was compromised, I contacted Arafaan at Builders Warehouse and we discussed my complaint at length. Conclusively, Builders Warehouse covered all costs to repair the damage, including material and labour and there was no argument. I rarely come across this type of integrity in the business world today, most people are trying to use the legal fine print to get away with poor service and distribution of goods.
