Builders warehouse should learn what is TCF

We needed to purchase a generator for an event that we booked. We searched online and called the Builders warehouse contact number and the agent advised that there was 5 generators available at the strubens valley branch. She also advised that if we registered onto the Builders warehouse website, we would receive a 15% discount. We registered online, called the contact center again and the agent assisted us with making payment. The payment went through successfully and we received confirmation that the order was placed successfully. We then foned the strubens valley branch to make arrangements to collect the generator, just to be told that there was no stoc**** This was after the agent confirmed that there was stock. 3 days later we still do not have our generator that we have paid for and if we do not have a generator by Saturday, we will not be able to attend our event that we have also paid for..... No one has been able to assist us how is this TCF.....
