Builders Warehouse shocking service

I am very upset with Builders Warehouse, I received a gift from a friend for my birthday I tried to return it still in its original packaging with the barcode on the ticket and they would not give me a voucher for the value . I then phoned the head office on Tuesday 19 November complaining about this and to this day I have not heard from them. I cant believe this shocking service I have received from them! I will never buy another thing from them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. Regards Celeste
