Builders warehouse shocking service

We purchased Fired Earth paint from branch in Robindale, the paint had serious failure. I went back and showed the men in the paint section photos of the problems on Tuesday the 19th April. I gave them my contacts details and address. They undertook to make contact with the manufacturers rep and provide my details. To date I've had no contact.
