Builders Warehouse shocking service.

One of my taps had broken on my shower so I went to BE to buy a new one. I first went to Tokai where I was told it was sold out. I then went to Kenilworth where I again was told it was sold out. I then drove all the way to Century City only to be told...yes you guessed it.....sold out. How can 1 tap be sold out in 3 different Builders Warehouse???? Must have been a really popular tap. I spoke to one of the Managers who promised me they would call around plumbing shops to try and find a solution for me. A lady took my name and number and wrote it down in her book. This was over 2 weeks ago. I then decided to go back to Tokai last weekend to ask if any stock had arrived only to be told they now don't stock it even though Malcolm in the plumbing section said they did. Ishmael then took my details down again and said he would call me. It is now almost Wednesday and still no call or any solution. My shower has not been operational for nearly 3 weeks. Shocking service.
