Builders Warehouse shocking service

I went to Builders warehouse in Kempton Park the ***6. Walking around for about five minutes with no assistance, either workers standing around looking at you not asking if they can be of assistance. I was looking for lime to sprinkle over the grass. Eventually I asked on the workers in the gardening department, stating they don't have. My wife then called me and showed me several boxes standing on the shelve. The same with Builders warehouse yesterday in Benoni looking for a toilet roll holder, again workers standing around chatting looking at you seeing working around with no assistance.
