Builders Warehouse Service(online orders)!!
Builders warehouse just doesn't have the service. Just another branch of Massmart that does not care about customer service, this is online service. Ordered products, and paid but twice in a row, probably a week apart their payment portal just does not confirm payment, it comes off your account, then you sit with the problem of trying to get them to get the order going again. acc no ***, order number *** Lets see if someone will get this sorted out!

28 Feb 2025, 13:56What do I have to do to get Builders to do something about my order? It was paid for and now forgotten about. Do they think I have nothing better to do with my time than complain about bad service? Massmart need to do something about all their branches. Makro as well. Service delivery is non-existent. You need to get your act together and stop telling me it has been escalated as that helps nothing at all!!!!
