I wish I could give you NO STARS. Your online service is non existing. I have placed an order and then notified that it was partially cancelled. Then I waited for almost 2 weeks for my order to be delivered. Eventually I had to enquire and was then told the entire order was cancelled. And then the cherry on the cake is the hoops you have to jump through to get refunded. A bank letter, ID document. This is the first and last time I will ever shop at Builders. YOU SUCK!!!!
