Builders Warehouse service and support delivery failure. JUNK STATUS coming up!

The store I once loved and would drive double the distance to get to has now reduced it's once wonderful customer care and service to South African junk status. I ordered an pump online on the 6th of February 2022 and fully paid for it. After several weeks I saw the order just disappeared of there system. No warning no feedback. Luckily it game and now shows as expired and another one as in progress. Still no feedback, no customer relations. NOTHING. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OVER THERE. Did you really just stop caring.
