Builders Warehouse seriously need a new CS manager.

Service has certainly gone straight down the drain @ Kempton Park, no one cares!! To think it used to be ok here.

Asked politely, started with a hello..... keep looking at PC screen, ignore.... Asked again, ....... same

Asked someone else at cashier who has been talking to another store attendant for the same assistance ...... ignore you at first, then say "go to counter" thereafter, continue talking to same store attendant.

YUP, my life must be so boring, I must have such low self esteem to put myself through the same again at counter.

Me walks away... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Good luck builders, I will rather pay the people @ Leroy Merlin to deliver my stuff.
