Builders warehouse secunda horrible service!

My mom bought and paid an Elba gas stove builders warehouse secunda on 17 Feb 2021 there was no stove but they said they would order and deliver it 7 to 14 days. She has been following up with them since monday she told them if she doesnt have the stove by Wednesday she needs a refund and will try source it elsewhere as her kitchen is being fitted monday 15 March 2021 today 11 march 2021 she has been at the shop since they opened to get refunded she is being sent from pillar to post for her refund. She swiped for the machine and has the receipt and bank card she used its 2:30pm now she is still at the shop! Absolutely ridiculous even if they have the stove the service has been so bad we want her money back asap!
