NEVER try to purchase something from builders warehouse unless you want to create problems for yourself by getting faulty goods, waiting a whole day because they dont allow you to exit the security gate if you do not provide proof that you purchased it in store, and make sure you get everything you ordered. The latter will in any case be impossible and if you go back to try and get outstanding goods you will not succeeed. The people arwe not allowed to think for themselve (or they just cannot). They want proof of purchasing AND proof that you did not take everything already. I ahve los thouisands of rands and it seems to be a lost case - efven the online proof of purchase means nothing.
