Builders warehouse Secunda

Bought 2 split air-conditioning units from Builders Warehouse Secunda, used Builder's preferred installers. Their installation was untidy and incomplete. Had laid a complaint so the installers came out to install it properly. Both machines worked for a month and then ran out of gas. Had them out again, they refilled the machines and after a month it stopped working again. They sent a different supplier to investigate the problem. A month later they sent another team to "fix" the problem and that fix also lasted a month. Put in another complaint... and nothing has been done since. Now my guarantee has expired and I still have 2 air-conditioning units worth R18 000 that are now being used as ornaments.
