Buildes warehouse Secunda. 3 stars because i can still buy their if i know exactly what i want. If they advertise and Secunda branch do not have stock, they do not even offer to try and get it for you. I now just had enough of their poor service. Once upon a time there was..... no more!, no nothing, zero. Cannot express my dissapointment in this branch. Staff clueless about products. Went there to cut wood, got a quote. Ask them if they can cut it immediately, no problem - guy comes in, lean on the counter and listens to my request leave without the cutting list on the table. Wait wait wait... Another staff called him twice. Another staff member finally walk with me to the little workshop. Find the guy hanging on the counter there talking and laughing with a friend (most of them think you do not understand their language) conversation nothing to do with work. Staff member tells him "the client is waiting" Now he says he just want to finish something else. I tear up the quote/list and leave the store. Found 2 other places in town where my request was fullfilled for much less also.
