Builders Warehouse Secunda

I went on their website to find a product, and phoned the customer service line for assistance. The lady assisted me very well and then connected me to the Secunda branch, where i spoke to the sales manager. He informed me that the product was not stocked by the branch, but as it is advertised on their site, they will order it in from another branch. He provided me with an e-mail and requested me to submit in writing that i want to purchase this product and that he would get back to me on Monday 12/03/2018. I sent a mail immediately and when on Tuesday i received no feedback, i sent one again. Still no contact.
