Builders Warehouse ********

On Monday 30 March , I saw an adverti*****t on Builders Warehouse's web page for a 4 burner gas hob. The price was within my budget and I ordered the hob online for delivery. I got an email with my order number and delivery was suppose to take place on 1 April. Nothing was delivered. On Saturday 3 April I called and they informed me that the glass lid of the hob was broken but, they are waiting for s new one and delivery will be Tuesday 6 April. Still no delivery. After several calls to Builders Warehouse, explaining to them that I have to pay a call out fee every day to a contractor for the cutting of the top, Builders Warehouse's representative confirmed that delivery will take place on Thursday 8 April. Thursday afternoon at about 5:30 pm, a vehicle arrived to deliver....a lass lid. No stove! I looked at the delivery note and low and behold, only a glass lid! I looked on Builders Warehouse's web page and.... the stove is removed. No trace of anything!! I would suggest to stay away from these ********!!!
