Builders warehouse ****med me of my hard earned money...bad customer service

I have since bought vouchers worth R250 from vodapay and they didn't work when I try to purchase using them,i wrote an email to Builders warehouse and they haven't rep**** since 2021...it's now 2022. When I send a complaint through email,they just sent reference number swying they will get back to me but they never did...how can such a big company ***** R250 from their customer? Stay away from Builders warehouse!!!
