Builders Warehouse Rossburgh Poor Customer Service

I made an online purchase at Builders Warehouse Rossburgh and the delivery date was scheduled for 30 March 2021 and it is still not delivered. I live in Richards Bay and we have a Builders Warehouse here but they do not stock the product. So I ordered online from Rossburgh and apparently paid(R450) double the standard delivery fee according to a Builders Warehouse employee. I phoned numerous times to follow up on my order and was told that they will come back to me witch did not happen at all. Only after I logged an online complaint someone from headboffice phoned and make some arrangements. Till today no one from Builders Warehouse Rossburgh phoned me. Not even the Manager! I'm sitting in frustration tonight as I have a business to run and without this product I cannot offer a quality service to my clients. I ordered and paid for it in full on 26 March 2021. Come on Builders Warehouse, it's already difficult to run a business with Covid . I was not expecting this bad service from a high class store like you. I know you have the resources to deliver it a.s.a.p. and I'm expecting that from you. Please!
