Builders Warehouse Rivonia Workers Not Helpful

I bought items online. The order was canceled and I got an email to expect a refund in the bank. After a week not receiving the refund, I sent an email they said I must complete a form or collect refund in store. I went to information desk, the lady sitting there sent me to contractors , the contractors admin sent me to the tills, the tills lady said I must go back to information. All of them had no queue, sitting there doing nothing and they send me around because no one wants to work. It's exactly why I bought online. To avoid this nonsense and waste my time. Builders warehouse must just refund my money in my account. I'm not going back there.
