Builders Warehouse - Rivonia - No customer service

i ordered a 9kg Afrox gas bottle for R672.00 online and also paid for delivery, i get someone calling me to ask if i have a gas bottle to exchange , to my surprise why would someone buy a 9kg gas bottle for R679.00 only to have it exchanged ??? then i was asked if i bought a gas heater from them as that price is only when i buy a heater ??? then i was told that her store manager is going to call me back. within 5 mins i received an SMS and an email that my order is canceled. i had to follow up call nor did she even try to assist me , by saying that there might have other brand gas bottles , if i want to have a look at ??? and pay the differences. Customer service is messed up.
