Builders Warehouse Rivonia Incompetence and *******ion

I bought a Keter factor at Builders Warehouse on the 21st August. I arrived at the shop at 10 15 am where I was served by Aubrey. He took about an hour just to establish availability of the item. After he had confirmed with me the drama started the staff was clueless on how to log it on the system for me to pay for the services.I was moved from Nicholas , to Tumi , Thapelo and finally Dieketso who managed to make me pay. I registered my disappointment that I had spent too much time in the store just trying to pay for a single item. I was promised delivery on the 25th I received no word I came into the store Hilton assisted me and confirmed delivery will be done on 26th. Unfortunately because of a Corona case in the store this did not happen.On the 27th the delivery team came to the store to pick up the item only now we are being told the item is out of stock. I was never told the item was not in stock in fact Hilton who helped me on the 26th confirmed availability. Iam in store right now they are running around there is no goods in stock and they are moving me from pillar to post. Surely how *********** can a store be. Now I have been referred to Ayanda the manager and he is reporting back that apparently my stuff was delivered yet I never received anything. Surely there is someone **********ly moving stuff of the store in complicit with staff. I have left all the names of the people I interacted with. And I will not rest until this matter is resolved fully.
