In August 2020, I made an online purchase. Which resulted in me being billed twice. I immediately notified the store of the same, and was told to send through my bank statement as proof. All the necessary steps required of me have been done, however I have still not received the second credit due to me.

I have been calling in to the store, and mailing countlessly - yet nothing has happened. Nor have I been receiving any correspondence from the store (the online stores manager and debtors).

It's now 2months and I'd like to see a speedy conculsion to this matter.
