Builders Warehouse - Riverhorse Valley - Outrageous Customer Service

Builders Warehouse - Riverhorse Valley No phone lines, store is not contactable at all, they cannot give out alternate numbers either - Just Pathetic. i placed an order for a Gas Geyser on 25/07/2022 and paid online - delivery date was 09-08-2022. i called the store, no response as they have no phones. i went in to check and they have no ETA on the stock. they called the supplier and he could not give an ETA either. they assured me that the stock would arrive in the week. a friend ordered a day later at Builders DBN North and his was delivered on 11/08/2022. So i called again and there is still no stock at Riverhorse Valley. There is a unit at Builders Express Pinetown, but now they cannot transfer my order and have to do a refund and i need to go purchase the geyser from Builders Express Pinetown. i will never deal with builders Warehouse Riverhorse valley again. i would rather spend double but give the business to someone else because of their ********** customer service. i will make it my duty to let everyone know about their pathetic customer service. i hope this gets to their CEO and something gets done about it. this is gross negligence on the part on management at this store.
