Builders warehouse Riverhorse customer service sucks

I purchased stuff online for delivery in June...delivery was supposed to be 4 working days from the day I placed an order...waited whole week no one called...they decide to come on their day and didn't even bother to call before they came and no one was home that day..After that had to book another day and wait for them..waited almost whole month with no luck..requested refund till today they giving run around..call centre keeps blaming the store..So today call centre agent eventually called and told me the store must refund me so I must go to the store for a refund however purchase was made online
