Builders Warehouse Returns policy sucks

Purchased a few items at the Somerset West Branch and paid by Debit card. When I returned some of the items I was told that Thy must refund via the debit cards. There is a vast difference between debit and credit card.

I explained I do not have the same card and they will have to refund into my bank account. They insisted that I take a voucher which have to be used against future purchases. She wrote on the return slip I chose to take a voucher, which is a blatant lie. They insisted I have no choice in in the matter.

I am now sitting with a voucher which I have no intention to use. I will rather do my future hardware shopping at Build - It which fortunately opened a brnch not far from Builders.

I will not accept being treated in such a rude manner
