Builders Warehouse refusing us entrance to the store.
We went to builders warehouse this morning to buy goods. When we got to the door my wife and mother in law was refused entry because they were wearing a face shield and not a mask. The security refused to let them in. The manager also said we have to wear a mask. We phoned head office and they also said that we have to wear a mask and nothing else. I find this unacceptable because the government states we can wear a face covering. There also no temperature checks at the door. So if you wear anything other than a mask dont support Builders Warehouse. I will not buy from the, again.

Please understand that we do require that all our customers wear a cloth face mask when entering our stores as this covers both the nose and mouth completely.

Anyway you loose my business and many more because i am spreading this message everywhere. I will never buy from you again.
