Builders warehouse refuse to cut wood

Builders warehouse have offered the service to cut wood for the past 10 years that I have been going there. 2 weeks ago I had wood cut there. Today they refuse to cut wood in specific lengths. They will only cut it in half. No signage is displayed saying they no longer offer this service. You can only ask for the wood to be cut after paying. Now I sit with lengths of wood I can not use as it is not cut. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE WE USED TO GET BUT NO LONGER SINCE MASS MART HAS BOUGHT THEM
