Builders Warehouse Refund
On the 9th or December 2019 I ordered 2 inverters online and collected them from the Builders Express Durban North. The inverters cost R13 000 and were for my business due to assist during load shedding. I discovered that the inverters were not suitable as they would be underpowered. I returned them to the store within a few hours and was promised a full refund within 3-5 days. It is now 2 January 2020 and many frustrating calls later. I was told today that I have to continue to wait as the store is still waiting for the money to be allocated to them so they can credit my credit card. This could not have happened at a worse time as it was Christmas and my credit card was now maxed out. The store does not know when I will receive the refund. Totally unacceptable!!!

I reached the end of my patience today when I spoke to Thandokazi and she told me that she cannot tell me when the refund will be processed and that she would put another query on the system. She was very apologetic but that didn’t give me any peace of mind.
